What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date. Please note that a $7 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section.

We partner with the best, ethical factories around the world. We visit them often and build strong personal relationships with the owners to ensure each factory maintains a high standard of compliance and fair wages.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my Everlane garments?
To ensure longevity, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner tag of each garment. Generally, we suggest washing in cold water and hanging to dry to save energy and protect the fibers.
